R32 Low Style Team Project - ".RSG."

Well, my beast is just about done. With the exception of only minor details.

Introducing. RE-Xtreme R32 Low Style Team Project - ".RSG."

Even though theres a whole bunch of cool in these shells we've been building recently. They're actually pretty plain.

No overfenders or 1800 parts to attach. Just your basic body and intercooler. The wing was about the most time consuming thing to make.

With 6 cars on the build at the same time. It's easy to spread the workload.

I'm happy with the result. These machines were built to be driven in tandems or trains of 6 cars. so there will definitely be some panel rubbing the first time they are on track.

So I haven't really bothered making everything perfect. It's the overall image I'm chasing.

LOW STYLE influence from A~BO~MOON in Japan. With our own colours and style. I have Hachi Roku rear tail lights in the front of mine.Projector beams will be attached soon.

Track debut tuning ... soon...

R32 Low Style Team Project -Update... Design to reality

Starting with a design always helps a project.

Then having the determination to stick to the plan is also important.

That way, you know what you will end up with.

This machine is destined for the almost complete DRB-REW production version.

So I made sure the JDm influence was there.

Installed currently on the Drift Package. front wheel Angle is no issue. I'll need to install some brake disks.

and then head out for some slide... Rear length is accentuated by wing and pipes, so I will be learning to judge the new distances.  Following cars... please respect the length or be chopped by pipes!!!

have fun.

R32 Low Style Team Project -Update... Details

What's next... Details... Arrrgh!

It's about this point in a build where the individuality starts to be expressed.

The small additions like Mirrors and mufflers, coolers and lights start to get attached.

To add the wing or leave open. for me... Wing and massive exhaust is a must have item.

Straight, Staggered or angled.

I've gone for the angled and staggered on mine. While others are displaying their own choices.

Wheels will always be the final piece... but these bodies have enough contrast to accept bright or darker rim selections with ease.

more to come...

R32 Low Style Team Project -Update... Peel reveals

A Bo Mooooooooooooooooooooooooon style.

A bit more A-Bo-Moon in this one.

While others are more striking.

This one is a little more subtle.. If full glitter and Orange / blue is understated?

Yellow gold and Blue decals to come.

And ... the boys all get some tints... more stickers... More More more...intercooler, Mirrors, Pipes, wings... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhggggggggggggg!

R32 LOW Style Project Build...

Line em up. R32 Low Style Team project.

A~Bo~Moon & BN Sports inspired glitter paint.

Vinyl masks for awesome contrast.

And those special details should make all these special in their own right.

Blue and Cherry Pink flames.

Yellow and Gold.

Orange and Gold.

Black and Candy red.

A full day of prep and application.

And theres a couple more to come.

This is the PAIN right here. tweeeeeeeening sux.

Can't wait for the slammed trains.

Flame on Johny!

R32 Team Work

Team project continues. Alloy wing attached.

While the inspiration is clear from A Bo Moon. Only two of the moon cars have interesting liveries, the rest are pretty average blue R32s, so all of these team machines will have inspiration rather than replication.

2 door GTS-T machines for RSG, A.S and S.B 4 door machines for J.R,  D.R and M.F

Adding a couple of cool details. The R32 2 door Pandora shells come with cool R32 Dashboard but without the rear wing that is packaged in the 4 door Pandora Shell.

So we have to make one.

Or two.

Time for paint... so break out the glitter.

R32 Low Style - Team Projects

More Projects! Yes indeed.

starting point

We love the low down style of the A Bo Moon R32 team. (botom right) So a few of us at GCRC decided to create some similarly inspired machines for team drift action based on the main elements of Low style and Flamed R32s

3 lined up...

My R32 will be completed with some Street Jam or Spice TE37 and stanced to scraping levels.

I'll be finishing it off with an Uras rear drag wing and a few other items.

The six members with machines under construction include 3x 2-door BN Sports Pandora R32 and 3x 4-Door BN Sports Pandora R32

3x 2 door machines under the knife.

While A Bo Moon dictate a Blue R32 base, There will be a couple in blue liveries, but we have opened up the colour range. For my machine, this Black and Red livery will be settling into the drift train.Yellow and orange will also brighten up the train.
